When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2026. We need a final headcount by this date to confirm seating, meals, and accommodations with our venue and vendors. Your timely response helps everything run smoothly, and we truly appreciate you letting us know either way!
Are kids invited?
We are so grateful for all of the families in our lives. For our wedding day, we kindly ask that only small children of our immediate family attend. Thank you for your understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have a “plus guest” listed on their invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
Are there sleeping accommodations?
Since our celebration is at a summer camp, there are bunk bed/hostel-style sleeping accommodations available on the first floor of the venue. Guests are welcome to use this space at no cost, just please plan to bring your own sleeping bag or blankets and a pillow. It’s a casual, camp-style setup and the perfect place to crash at the end of the night, so no one has to worry about drinking and driving. If this isn't your cup of tea there are many hotels in Holland and Grand Haven!
What’s the dress code?
Cocktail Attire/Semi Formal. Please bring a jacket, the weather in October can be unpredictable!
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available at Loeks Retreat. There is also an overflow lot located a short distance away. While parking is provided, carpooling is always appreciated as it helps conserve space and makes arrival easier for everyone.
